Enjoy Vacations is a travel and technology company specializing in creating vacation experiences to a variety of destinations including Whistler, Vail and Turks & Caicos. Located in Vancouver, BC, we are currently seeking enthusiastic, people-oriented Reservations Agents to join our team!
RESERVATIONS AGENT
SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES
The Reservations Agent is responsible for providing recommendations and making travel arrangements for customers, handling all aspects of the reservation and travel process.
KEY DUTIES:
- Answering phone calls, providing online vacation quotes and answering messages.
- Inputting accurate and complete information in the booking system, ensuring all details are confirmed.
- Becoming a destination expert through a combination of research, training and/or fam trips as required.
- Achieving sales targets and personal goals as determined.
- Providing high levels of customer service and accurate resort information to clients.
- Communicating effectively with vendors and colleagues alike.
- Dealing with escalations as required.
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Participating in team meetings..
- Assisting the Product and Reservations Manager as needed.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous guest service and sales experience.
- Strong computer skills; prior experience with reservations software an asset.
- Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Organized and detail oriented with thorough follow up skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- In-depth knowledge of our destinations is an asset.
- Available to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends

Product Coordinator

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES
The Product Coordinator is responsible for ensuring accurate and profitable product information and pricing in the reservation system, online booking engine and website for all destinations.
KEY DUTIES:
- Entering in all product information and pricing in the reservation system.
- Ensuring product standardization for all destination content.
- Working closely with internal departments to ensure a seamless sales process and understanding of product and marketing initiatives.
- Reviewing contracts for system and process feasibility.
- Completing and actioning regular competitive analysis for all destinations.
- Ensuring all contracts, price offers and back up is complete and organized.
- Updating website with content and specials.
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answering phone calls, inputting accurate and complete information in the booking system, ensuring all details are confirmed.
- General office administration where required.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- A University Degree or Diploma; or a combination of experience, education and training equivalent to a degree or diploma.
- Strong computer skills; prior experience with reservations software an asset.
- Basic HTML abilities.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
- Organized and detail oriented with thorough follow up skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- In-depth knowledge of our destinations is an asset.

Product Manager
Enjoy Vacations is a travel and technology company specializing in creating vacation experiences in a variety of destinations including Whistler, Vail and Turks & Caicos. Located in Vancouver, BC, we are currently seeking an organized, enthusiastic Product Manager to join our team!
SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES
The Product Manager is responsible for managing all of our products and supplier relationships, ensuring compelling, accurate and profitable product information and pricing in the reservation system, online booking engine and website for all destinations.
KEY DUTIES:.
- Ensuring and entering accurate, consistent and timely product information loading across systems and websites.
- Managing existing partner accounts with the goal of maximizing revenue, profitability and partner relationships.
- Working closely with our partners, product development, the sales center and other internal departments to ensure a seamless sales process and understanding of product and marketing initiatives.
- Reviewing contracts for system and process feasibility.
- Maintaining day-to-day relationships with partners ensuring competitive rates and inventory.
- Continuous rate management and solicitation, keeping all contracts, price offers and back up organized.
- Ensuring product standardization and processes are developed and in place for all destinations.
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answering overflow phone calls, inputting accurate and complete information in the booking system, ensuring all details are confirmed.
- Assisting in escalated issues where necessary.
- Participating in management team meetings.
- General office administration where required.
- Assisting reservations team as needed.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- A University Degree or Diploma; or a combination of experience, education and training equivalent to a degree or diploma.
- Minimum one year working in a management capacity within the travel industry.
- Strong computer skills; prior experience with reservations software an asset.
- Proven sales and negotiation abilities.
- Organized and detail oriented with thorough follow up skills.
- Strong reporting and analytical skills.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- In-depth knowledge of our destinations is an asset.
- Basic HTML abilities an asset.
