A new world of culinary experiences awaits you at CuisinArt. Housing the first resort hydroponic farm of its kind and growing tasty organic vegetables, edible flowers and fresh herbs needed for innovative culinary cooking by executive Chef Denise Carr, the dining experience is certainly one not to be missed.
Farm tours are open to the public to demonstrate daily harvesting of the colorful grove of vegetables; Caribbean callaloo, black-eyed peas, peppers, pumpkins and okra are joined by soybeans, Chinese long beans, melons and many other healthful selections as well as in the orchard; avocados, guavas, tamarinds, limes, oranges, and star fruit all providing the purest ingredients for both our cuisine and spa treatments.
The two on-site restaurants offer plentiful options for your dining experience for each meal of the day.
Meal Plan Options
All meal plans must be taken for a minimum of 3 days and consist of one Appetizer, one Entree and one Dessert. Beverages are not included and a surcharge on certain items may apply. A 15% service charge on food and beverage is additional. A discount of 50% applies to children ages 5-11 and no charge for children ages 4 and under.
Mediterraneo – Our Poolside Restaurant
Breakfast & Juice Bar
Served between 7:30am-10:30am Café Mediterraneo offers a complimentary continental breakfast consisting of fresh juices, homemade pastries and your choice of hot beverage. If you’re feeling like the day hasn’t quite started yet but you’re ready for a quick snack you can enjoy real French pastries, baked freshly that morning delivered directly to your bedside.
During the hot midday sun 12pm-4pm, this lunch menu offers the perfect break to cool down with a fresh glass of wine and a light lunch. The freshest of salads grown onsite compare to no other you’ve had offering exceptional freshness needed for that afternoon boost. For those needing a more substantial offering, brick oven pizzas and toasty Panini’s are reputed across the island as some of the best.
Featuring a modern brasserie menu from 6:30pm-10:30pm with inspiration from the Mediterranean’s, Spanish, French, Italian and Greek flavors, your taste buds will collide will delightful pleasures. (Closed Tuesdays & Fridays)
Lobster Buffet Barbecue - Tuesday 7pm-10pm
Local talent creates a lively and festive atmosphere with flowing music throughout the evening at this extravagant continental buffet offering plates from around the world. Displaying an array of crispy salads and dips, delectable appetizers, flavorful main dishes and of course the live hot Grill Lobster station. Remember to leave room for those heavenly desserts!
Caribbean Barbecue - Friday 7pm-10pm
Offering all from the Lobster Buffet Barbecue as well as fried fish and johnnycakes, jerk pork, spit roasted chicken and much more.
Dining Room At Santorini – 7pm-10pm

Chef's Table – Mon & Thurs
The Chef's Table is located in Santorini restaurant's private dining room. This exclusive food and wine experience will feature a six-course menu that incorporates the freshest of ingredients from the resort's own hydroponic farm and organic gardens, each course prepared with a creative modern approach by our executive chef. All courses are paired with wines specially selected from the resort's extensive wine cellar.

The Santorini Restaurant offers an extensive 3,600-bottle cellar stocked with vintages from around the world. Come and experience a fun and informative wine tasting to learn about the origins and vintages of some of your favorite wines.

The Pergola, situated in the center of the Resort, offers graceful columns adorned with garlands of lush bougainvillea in this romantic setting. We can make your dream wedding into a reality. Please note there are requirements to get married on the island of Anguilla; you must be on island at least 3 working days prior to your wedding (48 hours for processing marriage license) Bride and groom must both be present with valid passports.
